Asada Contractors (Nig) Ltd. was contracted by Dune Engineering Ltd. to construct 60 units of 2- and 3-bedroom bungalows in Daura, Katsina State, as part of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria’s Ministerial Pilot Scheme. The project was designed to provide affordable, durable, and well-planned housing solutions to support government efforts in bridging Nigeria’s housing gap.
